ABC Legal Services is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to ensure legal documents are delivered quickly and accurately. You will claim, dispatch, and complete jobs while coordinating with servers and internal partners in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. This remote role is located in Alabama.

You will use Skye and maps to identify aging unclaimed jobs, contact servers, and resolve routing obstacles, contributing to smooth operations and timely service.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, operations coordination, or a similar fast-paced, communication-heavy role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume tasks and shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information, identify roadblocks, and elevate problem solving appropriately.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor Skye task board to identify aging unclaimed jobs.
• Identify a server to claim the job by contacting primary and nearby servers using Skye, maps, and calls/texts.
• Resolve unclaimable jobs due to missing customer info and escalate when needed.
• Monitor and report trends in stuck jobs and increase in similar scenarios.
• Review unclaimed zip codes with servers and coordinate with regional recruiters.
• Notify recruiter of locations needing extra coverage due to volume or poor server performance.
