Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead and refine AI training workflows for professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Develop and evaluate curricula for onboarding and learning programs used in AI model training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality of AI-generated outputs and engagement metrics
