Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced learning and organisational development managers to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This is a remote, part-time engagement with 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start, at $70/hour.

You will design, evaluate, and refine AI-ready training materials, create onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, curriculum outlines, and corresponding tracking rubrics and dashboards, ensuring high-quality documentation across core

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities
