This fully remote, part-time role offers 5-20 hours per week with an ASAP start, focusing on building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills rubrics, plus expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with clear written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
