Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced learning and development professionals to train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role involves designing, evaluating, and refining AI-generated outputs across onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, and curriculum outlines.

The position offers flexible, remote work with 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired) and starts ASAP. Compensation is $70/hour. Prior L&D leadership in corporate training is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Able to create engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics suitable for L&D and people-ops scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
