Job summary

Ethos is seeking a learning and development expert to train and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across onboarding, facilitator guides, and curriculum outlines. This remote, part-time role focuses on creating scalable templates and evaluation rubrics while maintaining high-quality documentation.

You will own the design of training materials, engagement tracking tools, and skill rubrics, collaborating with a network of experts to ensure accuracy and practical relevance

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, curricula outlines, completion and engagement tracking spreadsheets, manager enablement decks, and skills rubrics.
• Lead the design of training materials and templates that scale across teams and projects.
• Collaborate with a network of experts to ensure accuracy, relevance, and governance of deliverables.
