Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced directors of product management to help train a leading AI language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck workflows.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years owning PRDs, roadmaps, and go-to-market launches, translating AI-generated outputs into shipped products across key artifacts and decks. This fully remote role pays $80/hour for 5–20 hours weekly, with ASAP start and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a product manager owning PRD to roadmap and launch
• Experience designing or reading A/B test readouts and translating results
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Own product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market launches
• Translate AI outputs into shipped product decisions and updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for quarterly roadmaps and updates
