Job summary

Ethos is seeking heads of L&D to design, train, and refine AI-driven documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for professional workflows. This fully remote role offers flexible hours (5-20 per week) and the opportunity to influence how language models learn from real-world materials.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in corporate training or onboarding, ownership of facilitator guides and curricula, and superb written communication. Compensation is $70/hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
