Job summary

Ethos is seeking a seasoned learning and development professional to help design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows. This remote role offers flexibility to work 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start and a $70/hour rate, enabling you to shape training materials for an expert network.

You will own facilitator guides and curriculum outlines, build engagement tracking tools, and deliver high-quality documents and slides while collaborating

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D and people-ops scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
