Cribl is seeking a senior Solutions Engineer leader to guide an experienced SE team in a remote‑first setting across the US and Canada. You will influence GTM strategy, drive PoV excellence, and lead multi‑product platform campaigns, partnering with sales, success, product, and engineering.

You will mentor SE Managers and engineers, ensuring customer‑first execution while meeting regional quota and ARR targets, with travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively in presentations with executives and teams.
• History of leading a technical pre-sales team in software with quota targets.
• Experience coaching managers and leading leaders across multi‑product motions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's platform.
• Shape GTM strategy, optimize PoV delivery, and drive pre‑sales excellence.
• Collaborate with product/engineering/marketing to expand platform adoption.
• Represent Cribl's portfolio in executive presentations and PoV events.
