Job summary

Cribl is seeking a senior Solutions Engineering leader to build and mentor the SE organization, shaping AI/telemetry-focused pre-sales strategy across the Cribl platform. You will partner with enterprise sales and success teams, drive PoV efficiency, and accelerate multi-product sales motions in a remote-first environment.

The role requires proven leadership of SE managers, executive communication skills, and a track record in large, complex deals with on-premise to cloud migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent AND 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in executive presentations.
• Experience leading SE Managers and multi-product/platform selling motions.
• Willingness to travel ≈30%.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a Solutions Engineers team across Cribl's full platform.
• Shape GTM strategy and optimise PoV delivery and sales motions.
• Collaborate with sales, success, product, and engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and adoption.
