Cribl is seeking a seasoned pre-sales leader to guide a high-visibility Solutions Engineering team across its multi-product platform. You will shape GTM strategy with Enterprise sales, drive PoVs, and coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.

A remote-first role with travel up to 30% supports Cribl’s global customer base. The role emphasizes executive communication, multi-product selling, and leveraging AI tools to enhance team efficiency and deal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Clear ability to communicate effectively with executive-level customers and teams.
• Proven track record leading a technical pre-sales team or region in software.
• Experience guiding multi-product/platform selling motions to achieve quotas.
• Background in AI/automation tools to improve pre-sales efficiency.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers focused on pre-sales excellence across Cribl's platform.
• Shape GTM strategy with Enterprise sales to drive quota and ARR growth using multi-product approaches.
• Coordinate with Customer Success for seamless handoffs and high customer satisfaction.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and PoV events, representing Cribl's product portfolio.
