Cribl is seeking a senior leader to guide a high-visibility pre-sales team across its multi-product platform. You will recruit, mentor, and develop SE Managers and engineers, while driving strategic alignment with sales, customer success, and product teams.

This role emphasizes AI-enabled enablement and modern, efficient pre-sales workflows. You will partner with Enterprise sales to achieve quota, optimize PoV delivery, and drive multi-product attachments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role.
• Experience leading SE Managers and coaching leaders.
• Ability to travel ~30%.
• Proven ability to present to executive-level customers and Cribl Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers.
• Shape Cribl's GTM strategy and drive PoV delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with revenue, product, engineering, marketing, and partners.
• Represent Cribl's platform and manage cross-functional resources to hit goals.
