Job summary

Cribl seeks a Senior Pre-Sales Leader to guide a high-visibility AI telemetry platform team. You will shape GTM strategy, lead Solutions Engineers and SE Managers, and drive PoV-driven engagements with enterprise customers across the Cribl platform.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and partners in a remote-first environment, with travel up to 30% and a compensation package reflecting enterprise-scale opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing pre-sales leadership experience.
• Proven ability to guide multi-product/platform selling motions.
• Experience with enterprise, multi-year deals and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across the full Cribl platform.
• Shape GTM strategy and drive PoV to close deals.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and partners.
• Travel to customer sites and events as needed (approx. 30%).
