Job summary

Cribl is seeking a senior Solutions Engineering leader to guide a high-visibility SE organization across Cribl's platform, including Stream, Edge, Lake, and Search. You will shape GTM strategy, accelerate PoV delivery, and partner with Enterprise sales to drive multi-product attachment and consumption growth.

You will mentor SE Managers and engineers, advocate for AI-enabled enablement, and collaborate with product, engineering, and CS to ensure smooth handoffs and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to present to executive customers and teams.
• Experience leading a technical pre-sales group or regional org.
• Experience guiding multi-product/platform selling motions.
• Experience with large multi-year enterprise deals.
• Ability to teach consultative selling and land-and-expand methods.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role; travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solutions Engineers and managers across Cribl's platform.
• Shape GTM strategy, drive PoV conversion, and optimize pre-sales cycles.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and engineering.
• Deliver executive-level briefings and strategic reviews.
• Support platform expansion and multi-product selling motions.
