Cribl, the AI-era telemetry platform company, seeks a Senior Director/Head of Solutions Engineering for the AMER region. You will lead a remote-first team of SEs and SE Managers, shaping GTM strategy and accelerating PoV delivery across Cribl's multi-product platform.

You will mentor leaders, drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and CS, and optimize pre-sales motions while supporting large multi-year enterprise deals. Expect ~30% travel and a dynamic, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate effectively in presentations with executive-level customers.
• Experience leading a technical pre-sales team in a software company.
• Experience leading SE Managers (leaders of leaders).
• Experience supporting multi-product/platform-selling motions.
• Ability to travel approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's full platform.
• Design and execute a talent strategy for the AMER SE team including recruiting and retention.
• Champion AI and automation tools to streamline enablement and PoV delivery.
• Mentor SE Managers and SEs to uphold a Customer First mindset.
• Partner with Enterprise sales to hit regional quota and ARR targets.
• Drive PoV conversion and standardize shared sales methodologies.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and partners as Cribl expands into new lines.
• Occasionally work outside standard hours due to time-zone coverage.
