Cribl is seeking a remote-first Senior Solutions Engineering Leader to guide a high-visibility team across the Cribl platform. You will shape GTM strategy with Enterprise Sales, lead pre-sales delivery, and drive PoV programs while collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive-level customers and teams.
• History of leading technical pre-sales teams or regions with quota and consumption targets.
• Experience with multi-product/platform selling and enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's full platform.
• Shape Cribl's GTM strategy with Enterprise sales leadership; drive PoV delivery and pre-sales efficiency.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and channel partners to expand platform adoption.
• Mentor SE Managers and SEs; encourage a Customer‑First mindset; coach on technical and non-technical skills.
• Occasionally work outside standard hours due to global time zones.
