Job summary

Cribl is recruiting a remote-ready pre-sales leadership role in the AMER region. Lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers, shaping GTM strategy and guiding PoV delivery across Cribl's Stream, Edge, Lake, and Search.

You will partner with Enterprise sales, customer success, and product teams to drive multi-product adoption, accelerate sales cycles, and ensure high customer satisfaction while traveling ~30% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent AND 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive-level customers and teams.
• Experience leading SE Managers and regional pre-sales teams in software.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Solutions Engineers and SE Managers across Cribl's full platform.
• Shape GTM strategy and drive PoV delivery, multi-product attachment, and ARR growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and sales.
• Coach managers and engineers, promoting a Customer First mindset and AI-enabled workflows.
