Job summary

Cribl is seeking a transformative leader to guide a high-visibility pre-sales team in a remote-first setup across the AMER region. You will shape Cribl’s GTM strategy as the multi-product platform expands, drive PoV success, and collaborate with sales, product, and success teams to accelerate revenue growth.

You will mentor SE Managers, develop talent, and promote the adoption of AI and automation to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales leadership role.
• Experience leading SE Managers (leaders of leaders) in a software company.
• Proven ability to coach managers through multi-product/platform-selling motions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-visibility pre-sales team across Cribl's full platform.
• Shape revenue strategy and drive multi-product attach and Cribl.Cloud growth.
• Drive PoV conversion, shorten sales cycles, and standardize sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC).
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to achieve team goals and present at executive level.
