Voya Financial is seeking a Lead Digital Product Delivery Manager to define channel-level product strategy and lead delivery excellence across the organization. You will partner with executives on long-term product vision, AI strategy, and investment decisions to drive business outcomes.

This fully remote role offers influence across architecture, delivery, and executive sponsorship with the VP, Digital Product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 8+ years in product management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate an 18-24 month product vision and roadmap for the assigned channel.
• Establish AI experience strategy and competitive positioning to support business growth and customer value.
• Present product strategy and secure alignment with executive leadership.
• Set standards for product specifications, delivery practices, and execution quality across teams.
