Job summary

National General, part of The Allstate Corporation, is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist in Florida. The role drives growth by acquiring new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships with local clients both in person and over the phone.

You will develop community connections, generate leads, and work with leadership on local marketing initiatives, while staying current on products and underwriting guidelines to meet performance and customer experience

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience.
• Property & Casualty licensing preferred or licensure must be obtained within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local leads and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community to support growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
