Job summary

National General, part of The Allstate family, is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by acquiring new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships in the Leesburg, FL area. You’ll sell in person and over the phone, leveraging local leads, partnerships, and community events.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community to support business growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations.
