Job summary

National General Holdings Corp., part of The Allstate family, is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by securing new business and cross-selling to local customers in person and over the phone.

You will build a steady pipeline, develop community relationships, conduct outbound follow-ups, and partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing while adhering to compliance and customer experience standards.

Qualifications

• 0– 2years of experience.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations
