Job summary

National General, a member of The Allstate family, is hiring a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by acquiring new business and cross-selling to existing customers. You’ll work locally, in-store and by phone, building relationships in the community to generate leads and close deals.

You will develop a robust pipeline, stay informed on products and underwriting guidelines, and deliver results in line with compliance and customer experience standards.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of direct sales experience.
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain within 90 days.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
