Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a self-motivated Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income and flexibility to work remotely within the United States.

You will build a local customer base, close deals, and earn ongoing commissions while benefiting from training and mentorship. Ideal candidates have B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to source leads independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills translating payment concepts into business value
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on cost savings and streamlined transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals
• Work independently with full support and training
