Job summary

Xplor is seeking a motivated Account Executive for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, flexible hours, and the potential to earn significant commissions by closing merchant services deals with local businesses.

Applicants should be self-driven, have B2B sales experience, and be comfortable with face-to-face selling. Remote work is allowed within eligible regions in the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payments concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Align with core values and demonstrate professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
