Job summary

Xplor is seeking a motivated Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This role is 100% commission-based with residual income, offering flexibility and uncapped earning potential.

You will educate business owners on payment processing, close deals, and build lasting client relationships from a remote-friendly setup across the U.S. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B outside sales, Merchant services or payment processing experience, and strong consultative selling skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality
• Align with core values and be a good human

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals
• Work independently with full support and training
