Xplor Technologies, a leader in payment solutions, seeks an Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in a 100% commission-based role with residual income. You’ll drive new business by visiting local merchants or selling remotely, with activation bonuses and ongoing monthly commissions.

Applicants should have strong B2B sales experience in merchant services, a hunter mindset, and a commitment to our core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate concepts into value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with company core values and be a good human.

Responsabilités

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
