Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, offering uncapped commissions and a flexible, remote work setup.

You will contact local businesses, educate owners on cost savings, close deals, and participate in ongoing training. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in merchant services, with strong consultative selling skills and a hunter

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
