You will sell to local customers in person and by phone, building lasting relationships through community involvement and referrals. You will maintain a strong pipeline, stay informed on products and underwriting, and work with leadership on sales and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing preferred or must obtain licensure within 90 days.

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community to support business growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
