Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our growing team. This 100% commission-based role offers control over your time and income as you engage local businesses with payment processing solutions.

You can work fully remote within the US, with training and mentorship provided. Expect activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals as you build your portfolio.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.
• You align with our core values, and you are simply a good human.
