Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales seeks a motivated, self-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, flexibility to manage your time, and uncapped earning potential as you expand our payment solutions portfolio.

You will visit local businesses, educate owners on cost savings, close deals, and receive activation bonuses along with ongoing monthly commissions. Start-up training and fully remote work are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
