Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is hiring an Account Executive to grow our payment processing solutions. This 100% commission-based role offers activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.

You will engage with local businesses, educate them on cost savings, and close deals while working independently with strong support and training. Remote-friendly role with a focus on building a personal portfolio across your region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred)
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
