Job summary

Xplor is seeking a motivated Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and flexibility to work remotely nationwide in the United States.

You will build relationships with local businesses, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus ongoing monthly commissions. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, strong consultative selling skills, and a hunter mentality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus
• Strong consultative selling skills translating payment concepts into business value
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions + residuals
• Work independently with full support and training
