Job summary

Xplor, a leading payments and software company, is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for someone who wants control over their time and earnings.

You’ll go door-to-door or meet local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, close deals, and earn activation bonuses and long-term residuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience.
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
