Xplor is seeking a motivated Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role focuses on door-to-door and local business engagements to offer payment processing solutions, with activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.

You will work independently with full support and training, earning uncapped commissions with potential for $100K+ annually, and have access to health benefits and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.
