Job summary

Xplor is seeking an Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, designed for self-motivated sellers who want control over their time and results.

You will prospect, meet local business owners, close deals, and build a portfolio while earning activation bonuses and ongoing commissions. Remote-friendly in the United States with full training and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
