Xplor is seeking a self-driven Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payments space. You will go door-to-door or visit local businesses to present processing solutions and close deals, earning activation bonuses and long-term residuals.

This 100% commission-based role offers flexible remote work, weekly activation bonuses, and monthly residuals, with company training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
