Job summary

Xplor Education is seeking a motivated Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales. This remote, commission-based role focuses on selling payment processing solutions to local businesses, with activation bonuses and long-term residuals. You’ll be supported with training and a flexible schedule.

You’ll need strong B2B sales experience, a hunter mentality, and the ability to source leads while working independently in a remote, US-based environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience preferred
• Strong consultative selling skills translating payment concepts into business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
• Align with company values and be a good human

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals
• Work independently with full support and training
