Xplor Education is seeking a motivated Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This remote, 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential and portfolio ownership for self-driven individuals.

You will prospect, educate business owners on payment processing savings, close deals, and build lasting relationships while receiving training and mentorship. Requires 2+ years B2B sales and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate concepts to business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
