Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth in NC/TN/KY. This remote role reports to the Regional Sales Manager within the Digital Pathology team and leverages Salesforce for pipeline management.

Significant travel is expected within the territory. The position requires 3+ years in sales, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual product sales goals for the territory.
• Maintain accurate opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC.
• Provide sales and support to customers, coordinate product demos, installs and training.
• Monitor competitive activities and develop awareness of strategies.
• Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (Power BI, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).
