Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sales Specialist to drive rapid revenue growth and market share in a remote US territory. You will work with local teams to meet annual sales goals, manage data in SFDC, and coordinate product demos and training.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree required (BA/BS)
3+ years sales or equivalent experience
Strong time management skills
Contract negotiation and high-level selling experience
Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

Achieve annual product sales goals for the territory in coordination with the local team.
Maintain accurate opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed.
Deliver sales and support, coordinate product demos, installs, and training with manager/mentor.
Monitor competitive activities and strategies.
Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (Power BI, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).
