Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth in the Digital Pathology team. This role covers North Carolina, Tennessee and Kentucky with substantial travel and remote work flexibility.

You will manage territory goals, maintain SFDC data, coordinate product demos and training, and stay ahead of competitive actions while leveraging DBS, LBS tools, and Power BI for insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual product sales goals for the territory.
• Maintain accurate opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC.
• Deliver sales and support for customer training, coordinating demos and installs.
• Monitor competitive activities and strategies.
• Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (Power BI, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).
