Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive rapid revenue growth and expand market share across Wisconsin and surrounding states from a fully remote US base.

You will manage the territory, coordinate demos and training, work with the regional team, and leverage Salesforce and Microsoft Office to track opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service. Travel 50-75% within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science.
• Minimum 3+ years relevant sales (or equivalent experience).
• Proven time management skills.
• Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience, or selling in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual product sales goals set for the territory while working in coordination with the local assigned team within their territory.
• Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance and coordinate product demo, installs, and customer training with support from manager and/or mentor.
• Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies.
• Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (such as Power BI, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).
