Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Sales Specialist to develop and execute sales strategies for rapid revenue growth in the Georgia-South Carolina territory. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager within the Digital Pathology team and is remote, covering Georgia and South Carolina.

You will drive product sales, manage funnel data in SFDC, coordinate demonstrations, training and installations, and monitor competitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years relevant sales (or equivalent experience)
• Proven time management skills
• Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience, or selling in a matrixed environment
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual product sales goals set for the territory while working in coordination with the local assigned team within their territory.
• Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance and coordinate product demo, installs, and customer training with support from manager and/or mentor.
• Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies.
• Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (such as Power BI, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews).
