Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a remote Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth across the Wisconsin, Minnesota, Kansas, and Dakotas territory. You will work with a cross-functional team to execute strategic sales plans, manage opportunities in SFDC, and deliver product demonstrations and trainings.

The role requires a BA/BS and 3+ years of sales experience, with strong negotiation, CRM (Salesforce) fluency, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; BA or BS accepted.
• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience or equivalent.
• Proven contract negotiation and selling in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive rapid revenue growth and market share in the territory.
• Maintain accurate opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed.
• Coordinate product demos, installations, and customer training with support from manager.
• Monitor competitive activity and inform strategy accordingly.
• Develop on products and tools such as DBS and LBS Showpad for territory insights.
