Job summary

Southern Company seeks a Digital Experience Analyst to optimize the end-user digital experience across the IT environment using Nexthink and related tools. The role focuses on telemetry analysis, endpoint health, and proactive remediation through automation and cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate will partner with technology owners, security, and vendors to strengthen compliance, resolve systemic issues, and improve user experience. Remote role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in a computing or engineering field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT related field.
• Experience with digital experience platforms and endpoint health metrics is preferred.
• Strong technical communication for executive-facing governance discussions.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for advanced workstation, OS, endpoint, and digital experience issues.
• Coordinate with field support on OS issues at scale.
• Identify recurring issues from telemetry and incidents and drive root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Maintain support documentation and knowledgebase articles.
• Define technical standards and support deployment testing for workstation technologies.
• Govern DEX platform across device fleet and integrate with ITSM and enterprise systems.
• Develop automation, remote actions, dashboards, scripts, and self-healing capabilities.
• Stay current on industry trends to identify automation opportunities.
• Engage stakeholders to validate improvements and drive adoption of digital experience capabilities.
• Oversee DEX strategy and governance at senior level.
