Ladders is seeking a Digital Adoption Manager to lead the rollout of new technology across its Real Estate & Construction operations. Remote work with collaboration across Operations, Product and Technology teams will define how tools are implemented and used for daily tasks and longer-term efficiency.

The role emphasizes change management, training, and strong cross-functional cooperation to enable teams to embrace new ways of working.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in digital transformation or technology adoption.
• Experience working with market or branch leaders.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align digital tools with operational goals.
• Support implementation of pilots and launches, providing hands-on assistance.
• Track adoption metrics and gather user feedback for improvement.
• Help teams integrate new tools into daily workflows.
• Act as liaison between Operations and Product/Technology teams.
• Assist with user testing and maintain clear communication during rollouts.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development for role-based training.
• Identify adoption challenges and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
