Job summary

First American Financial Corporation seeks a Digital Adoption Manager to drive the adoption of digital platforms and AI-enabled workflows across title and settlement operations. You will partner with market and branch leaders, Product, Technology, Learning and Development to coach pilots, launches, and post-launch optimization.

You will track adoption metrics, translate user needs into product improvements, support training, and ensure smooth changes to daily work.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital transformation, technology adoption, change management, or enterprise platform implementation.
• Experience working with market or branch-level leaders.
• Demonstrated success supporting the adoption of new technology or digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with market and branch leaders to support digital adoption goals and connect new tools to operational priorities.
• Support implementation activities across pilots, launches, and post-launch follow-up.
• Track adoption metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement and value from digital tools.
• Assist with user testing and train stakeholders throughout rollouts.
• Translate user needs into product and operational improvements.
