Ladders is seeking a Director, Implementation & Adoption Business Partner to guide enterprise change efforts across design through deployment in a remote, US-based setting. The role partners across business, technology, and operations to reduce adoption risk and drive successful transformation outcomes in a commercial environment. Location: Remote.

Compensation: $185,500 – $344,500 annually. This cross-functional leader translates strategy into action and equips leaders with tools for adoption

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, psychology, communications, HR/P&O, healthcare, life sciences, or related
• Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
• 8+ years of change management, implementation, adoption, or transformation delivery
• Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare transformation in commercial settings
• Ability to convert future-state designs into action plans
• Experience with readiness/adoption planning using innovative tools
• Strong written and verbal communication tailored to audiences
• Identify and address adoption risks early

• Partner with transformation teams to integrate adoption strategies from design to deployment
• Assess change impacts, readiness needs, and adoption metrics across business functions
• Develop and lead implementation and adoption plans focused on outcomes
• Align change management activities across business, technology, and operations

• Monitor adoption metrics and feedback to identify barriers
